Shipping
- We offer USPS first class shipping with like insurance (this service is not optional).
- We cannot be responsible for items lost or damaged without insurance If you request us not to add insurance we shall not be held accountable!
- If you would like rush shipping, we shall offer it at the USPS Priority mail flat rate current prices.
- Just contact us for the shipping amount and we shall be glad to send you a quote.
- Please allow 7-14 days for delivery for USPS first class shipping and 2-4 days for USPS Priority mail( If you ordered within the U.S.
- PLEASE NOTE!-
We will ship to the address you provide in the our boutique or Etsy checkout not your Paypal address. - We are not responsible for lost or damaged packages after they leave our company and into the hands of the postal workers.
- We DO ship internationally!!
Returns & Exchanges
- We will gladly refund you the full cost of the item...less shipping.
- If you are not 100% pleased with your purchase. Please contact us within the 3rd day of receiving the item for a return code.
- We have a very high level of quality control, but should it be necessary to return an item, we will happily exchange or refund undamaged and unused items in accordance with the restrictions outlined in this section.
- All returns are subject to a 25% restocking fee less shipping.
- All return or exchanges must contact us prior to requesting a return or exchange for a return authorization code.
- You must request a return authorization number before shipping the items back to Beaded & Blessed Designs by Dashonn. You may obtain a number by contacting us.
- The item must be unused and returned within 5 business days of receiving the item with the invoice and the return authorization code written on the invoice for a refund.
- The returned items must have this return authorization number clearly marked on the outside of the package.
- The items being returned must be shipped fully insured through UPS or the U.S. Post Office at the customer's expense.
- All merchandise will be inspected and must be free from damage, alterations, or wear.
- We shall not beheld responsible for lost packages or packages that become damaged during shipping.
- PLEASE INSURE ALL PACKAGES!
- You will receive a refund for the amount of the items excluding the original shipping expenses and excluding a 25% restocking fee.
- Refunds will be electronically credited to card holder's account within 7 business days of return receipt.
- Exchanges will be processed similar to returns; any balance owed will be refunded within 7 business days.
Payment Methods
- We accept paypal and credit cards. If you want to pay by credit card, you click on the icon that says "paypal" and has credit card icons next to it; this will then take you into a paypal screen where you follow the "I do not have a paypal account" option and then securely enter your credit card details.
- It's a new feature of paypal's that means you can use your credit card even if you don't have a paypal account!

1. What if I don't want my item while it is in my shopping cart????
In the event you decide not to purchase an item in your shopping cart PLEASE CANCEL the sale....
2. What if I can not pay for the item within 5 days of my initial purchase?
We shall reserve the right to relist the item if payment is not received within 5 days of purchasing....We shall cancel the sale and be forced to leave negative feedback as a non paying buyer If the item was purchased on ETSY...which is something we really do not want to do.If you have an extreme emergency we will forgive you and allow you to purchase the item on hold with a 50% deposit and the item will be sent when the reminder of the payment is made since each item is made once. There is a 5 day hold policy and after 5 days the item will be re-listed and resold.
